    Kim Kardashian wedding workout routine:

    • Jenner Jumps – Start in a right lunge with left arm up, make fists. Jump up and switch legs and arms in air. Land in left lunge with right arm up. Repeat. Do 30 reps.
    • Plank Horse Push – In plank position with feet, elbows shoulder width apart. Lift left leg up to hip high. Push left leg out to left side, then return to 1st position. Repeat with right leg and do 20 reps.
    • Crescent Kicks – Stand, feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart. Make fists and lift elbows to shoulder height. Kick your left leg up in front of your body to the right. Now drive left leg across body, making an arc or crescent, to return to start. Repeat with right and do 20 reps.
    • 3 Mile Sprint/Walk – Objective is to do 1/4 mile at 2.5 minute sprint. It’s a beginner time and Kim K. worked up to it by sprinting longer distances until she achieved the quarter mile. Focus on even breathing and pace. Sprint 1/4 mile and walk 1/8 mile. Get a pedometer!
